The narrative description of practices,BMP summery, preventive maintenance and good housekeeping program (PM&GHP)and the stormwater facility facility inspection programs all need to specific to this facility along with any other sections that may differ from other facilities. Begin monitoring the outfalls for qualitative and analytical parameters according to the schedule in the permit.The curb inlet on the SW corner of the back parking lot will need to be added to the application and sampled if it discharges separately from outfall (1). The secondary containment for the 300 gallon green poly tanks should meet the requirements for storagecapacity acccording to the permit. The black steel tanks will need secondary containment if they are not double walled The sediment that has built up in the parking lot will need to be removed and disposed of properly The many oil leaks and spills will need to be cleaned up and the material will need to be stored until they can be prperly disposed. Regular inspection for leaks and spills will need to be performed as part of your(PM&GHP)and as part of your facility inspection program. All this will need to be documented as required by the permit The dumpster and rolloff containers need to have lids and be leak proof, that should be part of your(PM&GHP) and inspection program that should be documented Provide schematics of the tanks and their secondary containment so we can see if they meet the permit requirements The facility across the street owned by Meridian Waste(103 Rupert Road)will need to be permitted seperately for the same permit.
