Per you and Boones previous conversation:
1. Unfortunately, there is no way to move the house over due to the counties septic field placement.
2. Just to confirm, we will not be impacting zone 1 at all. We will be intruding on zone 2 roughly 13' deep and 10'
wide equaling 130 sq ft, with the multiplier equaling 195 sq ft.

DWR has completed an initial review of the above noted application and requires additional information to continue our
review. Please provide the following information within 30 days of this email. Please note that the application will be
considered "on hold" until receipt of all the requested information.
1. The Gator Drive Proposed Drawing with the rough sketch of the house appears to have room to move out of the
buffer area. Can the house be moved out of the buffer?
2. The PCN has conflicting impact amounts of 130' in Zone 1 and 13' in Zone 1. Please update the PCN to accurately
reflect the buffer impacts. Once impacts have been updated, please provide an updated DMS Statement of
Availability/Acceptance Letter.

Hi Boone,
DWR has completed an additional review of the above noted application and requires additional information to
continue our review. Please provide the following information within 30 days of this email. Please note that the

• The new site plan with a correct scale appears to have the buffer incorrectly mapped. The buffer needs to be
measured and shown from Top of Bank of the stream, not centerline.
• After comparing the original and new site plan, the streams don't match. The new site plan (Scottie Brawsell Lot
41 Red oa (002)) shows a very straight stream, while the original site plan (20231671 Ver 1—Red Oak Plot
Plan _20231212) shows a sinuous stream.
• The new site plan shows Zones 1 and 2 combined. The site plan needs to show Zones 1 (30') and 2 (20')
separately. The plan needs to show both zones.
• The new site plan doesn't show the Septic Field. Please update the site plan to show the septic field with
dimensions and any required setbacks.
Please update the site plan.

The storm water off the house will be mitigated by tying all downspouts into the road ditch. All of the yard grade will
drain back towards the road ditch as well.
We also are only impacting Zone 2 and no wetlands at all.
