Due to significant site stabilization,Guilford County can release the erosion control surety for the above referenced
project.Enclosed you will find the Land Improvement Bond for$7,500.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self-monitoring or self-
inspections are required. Project is released. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities should be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination.
