Good morning Katie,
I apologize your email went unanswered. I can add/remove any outfalls for our database. Please email me the
coordinates and names for the updated outfalls.

As for signature authority, the person listed as the 'Owner',Jon Krueger, is able to submit eDMR reports because he is
the owner. If a facility wants to delegate someone else to submit reports on behalf of the owner, then they must have
signature authority.

Subject: Stormwater Outfall Information Update
Hi Brittany,
I hope you had a great weekend. I am assisting Greenheck Fan Corporation with a few stormwater items at their Kings
Mountain, NC site. They are covered under general permit NCG030000(COC#NCG030676).They recently extended a
building and have a new stormwater outfall for the site. I checked NC DEQ's website and see it says to email you about
stormwater outfall information. What are the steps to get the outfall information updated for the site?
Also, it appears some information is missing on their current NPDES Stormwater Permit Summary report. They have
been submitting DMRs through the eDMR system with no problems; however, there is no one listed under Persons with
Electronic Signature Authority. Do you recommend I contact Joyce for these administrative updates?
Thank you,
Katie
