Harnett County, North Carolina and more particularly described as follows:
All of that certain parcel of land (Harnett County REID # 9352) containing 187 acres, more or less, as described
in that certain Deed dated the 20th day of August, 1915, from C.D. Spence and wife, Saddie U. Spence as the
same is recorded in Book 183, page 300, Harnett County Registry.
Grantor reserves from this conveyance a life estate in the property, said life estate to be measured by the life of
the Grantor.

The property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor under the Will of Rosa A. Spence McDonald as the
same is recorded with the Clerk of Superior Court in Book 73E, page 221, Harnett County, North Carolina.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in
fee simple.
The Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied, as to title to the property hereinabove described.
