Per your request, please see the attached revised Nationwide Permit 29 and 18 verification, including Special Conditions
and terms and conditions, for the above referenced project. Importantly, this verification includes a revised
Compensatory Mitigation Responsibility Transfer Forms (MRTFs); due to a lack of available wetland credits at the time of
the original NWP verification from the initial private mitigation bank provider, and per the permittee's request (see
below), the compensatory mitigation requirement for wetland impacts is to be satisfied through purchase of wetland
credits from the Neu -Con Wetland & Stream Umbrella Mitigation Bank: Meadow Spring Site. Required stream credits
are still to be satisfied through a combination of credit purchases from the Wildlands Falling Creek Umbrella Mitigation
Bank: Falling Creek Mitigation Site/McClenny Acres II Mitigation Site and the NC Division of Mitigation Services. Although
minor typos were corrected on the attached verification, no changes were made to the authorized impacts or permitted
plans.

Wildlands has run out of wetland credits, so we are obtaining the wetland credits from RES (SOA attached). Could you
update the Mitigation Responsibility Transfer forms?
Also, Dave I noticed a typo on the 404 permit, the last two numbers of the Action ID were switched in the document
(should end in 65). It looks like it needs to be revised on pages 1-3 of the permit, the first page of the MRTFs, and the top
of page 8. Would you be able to update this?
