3. Attach a photograph of the shoreline/ buffer proposed to be stabilized. (Include a scale
of some sort- a yard stick, shovel handle, etc.)

Nice meeting with you yesterday afternoon at your property on Catawba Avenue (Parcel Record #51123) to discuss your proposed projects. As I
entered my office this morning I noticed a reference letter from the Town of Rhodhiss noting their zoning clarifications. I have retained that letter for our
files.
In review of your requested work, and after checking the site yesterday, the proposed projects you are requesting can be accomplished., Please
reference Section 1208.02 (6) in regards to the regulations detailing with shoreline stabilization work on Lake Rhodhiss. Two (2) shoreline permits will
be needed from our office for the stabilization work, as well as, for the placement of the dock /pier. Each shoreline protection permit will carry a fee of
one hundred ($100.00) dollars and would be valid for one year from the date issued.
Our office will await your permit applications and fees. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
