Doug and Sue, The updated JD map per site visit is attached (Stream A changed from intermittent to perennial). I have also attached the requested dataforms and pictures. The engineers said that the "structure" is actually an easement for the existing swale/ditch through the lots (see attached Easement figure). The actual pipe conveys stormwater only under the proposed road. They said this is not a mass graded design and each lot will be designed for the building placement independently. The houses would be placed to avoid the existing ditch. Please note, these are 1 acre lots. The houses on them will be relatively small in footprint compared to the overall lot.
