Please review and let me know if you have any questions. Then please update the draft meeting minutes and send us the final version to file and share with the IRT. * As discussed, NCWRC may recommend mussel surveys for state-listed species. * Try to extend out the CE boundary close to the wetland credit area along the North Fork Little River Reach 4 to provide a protective buffer zone. * If Spike Branch or any other site drainages do not end up being jurisdictional, they should still be stabilized and potentially integrated as BMPs. * Confirm septic access crossing width is sufficient for future maintenance and discuss the risks/uncertainties of having a drainfield adjacent to the site. * Additional comment on draft prospectus, please callout stream names on all figures. Also, just a quick reminder to send all project related emails to the USACE Project Manager and Mitigation Specialist, as well as other participating Corps staff (e.g., Todd handling Kim’s projects while she’s on detail).
