on this report and made aware of the following observations regarding the facility's NPDES
stormwater permit:

A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) has been developed, recorded, and
implemented.
2) Qualitative Monitoring
Qualitative monitoring has been conducted and recorded.
3)Analytical Monitoring
Analytical monitoring for the NCG05000 Permit will be required to begin in Q 1 of 2024 per the
NCG05000 Permit, Part E-1(f).
4) Permit and Outfalls
The physical location of where stormwater discharges offsite was observed to be different than
