Hi Adam,

It was good to catch up with you last week. Please find attached the cover letter and report from the inspection

conducted by CMSWS on January 4 at Charlotte Intermodal Services. From the inspection, there were erosion issues
observed on the sloped areas near the security fencing on the western property boundary of the Charlotte Douglas
International Airport (CDIA). CMSWS recommends that Norfolk Southern coordinate with CDIA to install groundcover to
control erosion and off-site sedimentation. CMSWS also recommends that Norfolk Southern coordinate with CDIA to
address the drainage and standing water observed on the property. I have copied Jimmy Jordan (CDIA) and Josh Eller
(CDIA) to coordinate with the erosion and standing water concerns. Please let me know if you have any questions or
need additional information. Thanks again to you and Zach for your time and cooperation with the inspection.

See you later this morning Ron. Our office is located at 5710 Arff Road. There is lots of airport construction around us so
call my mobile [phone] if you can’t find us. I have our paperwork we can go through in the office then we can tour
the yard.

You will need typical safety ppe - hard hat, safety glasses and a safety vest and boots.

I hope you are doing well. Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) would like to schedule an inspection
of the Charlotte Intermodal Facility located at 5710 West Blvd, Charlotte, see attached explanation letter. The reports
from the previous inspections conducted by CMSWS on October 7, 2015 and October 8, 2019 have also been attached
for reference. I would like to schedule the inspection within the next few weeks, pending your availability. Please let
