After the 404 permit is issued by the Corps of Engineers, you are authorized to proceed under General Water Quality Certification # 3366 (attached). Written concurrence from DWQ is not required provided that you can meet all of the conditions of this certification. If at anytime during construction of your project you determine that you cannot meet these conditions or if there are any unpermitted impacts to wetlands or water quality, you must contact this office immediately. 7215.
