a site inspection was performed on the Revere at Sherrill's Ford project on December 20,
2023. Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion was established and the
permit is closed. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. The
project is released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities is terminated.
