WWMW #1, WWMW #2, WWMW #3, WWMW #4 monitoring wells, and a completed
GW-59A form.
Please note that this sampling event was conducted outside of the required sampling month
(November) and is indicated accordingly on the GW-59 forms. Sampling was conducted
as soon as possible during the following month to meet the reporting deadline.
