After reviewing your application on the above mentioned project, I am in need of the following:
1. Please provide photographs of the site including the buffer area and the shoreline showing the erosion that you
wish to stabilize with rip rap.
2. Please verify the depth you are wishing to have the rip rap landward from the normal pool level. It looks like you
have 3' but your picture is scratched out.
3. You will need to sign the attached Catawba Buffer Notification Form.

4. On your application you have 0 amount of disturbance ABOVE normal pool. Any riprap that goes above the full
pond level is in the protected buffer area and needs to be added to the disturbance. Please correct (I have
attached a new form). Please also complete another plan view sketch with your corrected numbers to include
length of shoreline depth of riprap waterward and depth of riprap landward since I was unable to tell your
amount.
5.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Your project will be considered ON HOLD until all requested information has been provided.
Best,
Amie Hoy
