To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is being sent in lieu of the Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) due to the fact that our one
industry, Century Hosiery Company SIU #0001, ceased operations and had water service terminated on
May 1, 2023. The semi-annual sampling had yet to be conducted when we received the news of their
decision to close. By June 1, 2023, all dye tubs had been removed and doors and windows boarded. As
of the date of this letter no other business has taken over that space.
