Please see below details for your review. Location: Site 1 (-Y4RPB- RT 20+00) Rain event: 2.8"— Per website Estimated Loss: 15-20 gallons Cause: SDO overwhelmed Corrective Action: Temporary dikes to be installed to isolate loss. Material will be removed by hand Before Photo: Attached (1 thru 3 moving downstream respectively) After Photo: Will be sent upon completion of the mitigation Location: Site 9 (-L- RT 793+00) Rain event: 2.8"— Per website Estimated Loss: 10CY-15CY Cause: Watershed established a new path diverting from basins and overwhelmed SDO Corrective Action: Currently underway. Temporary dikes have been installed and both hand and mechanical removal is taking place. Smaller quantity areas downstream of the culvert outlet are being removed by hand. The larger quantity at the culvert outlet is being removed mechanically. Any stabilization removed as a result of the mitigation is being replaced to previous condition.
