We had a sediment loss on U-2579AA at -L- Sta 12+50 130' RT near the entrance to the borrow pit. The project received
1.835 inches of rain on Sunday. The rock ring around the entrance of the slope drain was overwhelmed, resulting in SDO
(BP-1) failure. Cleanup is underway.
The sediment loss is at the borrow site that was permitted in the attached in -field mod earlier this year. Please advise if
you have any questions.
