IF THE SITUATION IS NOT RESOLVED WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD A FINE MAY BE ISSUED. 11. IF SEDIMENT LEAVES THE SITE A FINE MAY BE ISSUED UP TO$5,000 PER DAY PER VIOLATION.
