Tasha/Alan – I was informed today that the site plan has changed for this project. Alan I know you are on hold awaiting
stormwater anyway, however, Tasha please hold off on processing this any further. It appears that they have shifted the
round-a-bout location, reducing the length of culvert extension but increased the length of RCP along the north/south
tributary. More to come.

Good morning Tasha - hope you had a nice weekend.

Attached is the correspondence you requested. Additionally you requested some further rational regarding the location
of the round-a-bout. Basically the location is dictated by the spacing between Crosstie Lane and the proposed
roundabout. This distance should be maintained to provide adequate distance for queueing of southbound vehicles
turning into the site. A southbound left-turn across the frontage of the school is currently recommended, and the
available storage is considered sufficient based on expected traffic volumes and queues.
