The City of Concord observed the construction of the proposed water systems and the projects met the North Carolina General Statutes Title 15A NCAC 18.0 requirements and the Standard Specifications for Wastewater Collection and Water Distribution for Cabarrus County. Section 1: The project(s) issued PUBLIC Authorization to Construct (ATC) permits through the City of Concord's local permitting program during January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, are listed in Table 1. Each ATC permit package consists of the digital Authorization to Construct permit with Engineer's Certification Form, Water Distribution System Extension or Modification Application, City of Concord Water System-Supplied Information from, Water Calculations, and City of Concord Water Allocation Tracking for Active Projects report.
