Town of Harrisburg has requested that Venator submit a special use permit application
Application and fees to be hand delivered on Monday 12/4/23
Neighborhood meeting at Town Hall sometime in December
Presentation before Zoning Board in early January
Decision is made at that meeting

Critical Path - Tricolored Bat: tree clearing must take place between Nov 15 – March 31st
