a site inspection was performed on November 16, 2023 on the Sherrill's Stream Lots
project. Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion was established and the
permit is closed. No additional self-monitoring or self-inspections are required. The project
is released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities is terminated.
