Brianna—more accurate Lat. Lon. for SDO 30A and new location for SDO 31A(not a representative SDO), similarly
relocated approximately 700 feet southeast of its original location due to extension of Worldwide Drive. The receiving
stream for both remain tributary to Brush Creek:
SDO 030A 360 06' 46.7964" -790 55' 59.2602" E
SDO 031A 360 06' 49.1868" -790 55' 34.8846" E
Please let me know any questions/comments. Thanks.

Brianna:
As of January 2024, SDO 030 has been relocated to SDO 30A(as highlighted below). The coordinates for SDO 30A are
approximately 36°6'50.86"N, 79°55'55.40"W. Please let me know any additional information you need for this SDO
relocation.
Neither @Damm,Jennifer or I have been able to upload monitoring data to eDMR yet due to lack of"submitter"
status. Can you please let us know if our status has been updated yet?
Thanks for your continued assistance.

Thanks Brianna:
SDOs 020-036, &062 are within the Brush Creek watershed. SDOs 001-012, 038, &040 are within the Horsepen Creek
watershed. SDOs 013-019 are within the East Fork Deep River watershed. IS#01, 02, 05, &06 are in Brush Creek and
tributaries. IS#07, 08, 10, & 11 are in Horsepen Creek and tributaries.
There will be no changes to industrial activity associated with SDO 030—this outfall is simply being relocated due to the
extension of Worldwide Drive and will be relocated approximately 400 feet downslope, pursuant to NCDEQ DWR#
20191081, Certification No. WQC004219. Once this relocation has been accomplished, I will provide the new
coordinates of the SDO (SDO 030A). The receiving stream remains an unnamed tributary to Brush Creek.
The anticipated new SDOs are being added due to the construction of two new facilities (with new tenants) at the
airport—the Boom Supersonic Overture Superfactory and "Project Baker"—a new aircraft maintenance, repair, and
overhaul hangar facility. Both of these facilities are within the Brush Creek watershed.

Good afternoon Richard,
Thank you for providing this. I did forget to ask for one additional piece of information. If you could provide the name of
the receiving stream that each outfall discharges to, and the name of the stream each instream sample point is taken
from, I would appreciate it.
In regards to your other questions, for relocating outfall SDO 030, please submit a permit modification request. If there
will be no changes to industrial activities in the drainage area associated with the outfall, this can be done by simply
sending an email telling us outfall SDO 030 has been closed/relocated and providing the coordinates and name of the
receiving stream for the location of the new outfall.
For the new SDOs that will be added, you will need to submit a permit modification request by filling out EPA Application
Form 2F(located on our website here), all appropriate attachments required by Form 2F, and providing a description of
the industrial activity taking place in each drainage area.To confirm, what is the purpose of adding the new outfalls? Is
the facility expanding current operations, or is a new process/industrial activity going to be starting up?This will
determine what(if any) additional information may be needed with the submittal.
Thank you,

Per our discussion SDO 030 will be relocated downstream and the new location designated SDO 030A prior to the end of
the year. Please let me know exactly what information you will need from us in order to update the Permit regarding
this relocation. Further, several additional SDOs are proposed to be added to the system at GSO once they come online
potentially early next year. Please let me know what information you will need regarding these new outfalls so we may
submit at the appropriate time. Thanks again for your help.
