Back in November we forwarded the Town the Final signed copy of your permit renewal for the Snow Hill WWTP NPDES
discharge permit — NC0020842. Today I noticed that the final copy I sent you did not have the Standard Conditions
attached to the permit. I am sending an updated copy of the permit that includes these components. The Standard
Conditions are the same as those that were included with your previous permit and there have been no changes to the
permit forwarded to you in November 2023. Please use this copy with the standard conditions included as your copy of
the permit.
