Wildlands just informed us that ...
I just wanted to give you a heads up, that we are sold out of wetland and stream credits at this time. We are
anticipating wetland/stream releases in February/March but are contracted through DOT for those credits.
If there is any change regarding those releases or with DOT contract, I will be sure to let you know.
So, please remove the attached Wildlands SOAs from the mitigation providers included in the
application. For the time being, please assume that the associated credits will be obtained from
NCDMS if other credits are not available as we get closer to the permit issuance.
We intend to reach back out to all private mitigation banks prior to permit issuance to confirm their
available credits.

Final transfer of the credits will be made upon receipt of a copy of the 401 Water Quality Certification and
Authorization Certificate from the NC Department of Environmental Quality -Division of Water Resources
approving the Riparian Buffer mitigation purchase from the Bank and upon receipt of your payment to
Wildlands Holdings III, V, or IX LLC (depending on availability at the time of permit issuance). We will then issue
a credit transfer certificate verifying your credit purchase to the North Carolina Division of Water Resources and
to you for your records.
