The total imperviousness of the project is 95,832 square feet (44%) of the site. Also included is an updated Existing Conditions map along with an updated Site Plan per the RAI. r Please note that the applicant has decreased the amount of stream impact on this updated site plan from 130 feet down to only 100 feet.
