Dear Double D Farm, LLC:
The Division of Water Resources (Division) received your sludge survey information on January
2, 2024. With the survey results, Jonathan Miller on your behalf requested an extension of the
sludge survey requirement for the WH2 lagoon at the Double D 1&2 and White Heifer 1&2
facility. Due to the amount of treatment volume available, and the rate of sludge
accumulation, the Division feels that an extension is not appropriate for WH2 lagoon at this
facility.
The next sludge survey for WH2 lagoon at Double D 1&2 and White Heifer 1&2 should
be performed before December 31, 2024. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm
records for reference.
