ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS This Staff Report is for the renewal of permit WO0029821 and currently the plant is not in operation. A routine compliance inspection of the Bogue Watch WWTF was conducted on September 13, 2023. The purpose of the evaluation was to verify that the facili , is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit WO0029821. Raymond Braxton and Joel Mingus were present duringthe he inspection. The Bogue Watch WWTF continues to be inactive. Influent from the Bogue Watch Subdivision flows to the EQ basin at the plant and is then pumped through a conveyance line to the Cannonsgate WWTF (WQ0028666) for treatment. Flow is tracked at Cannonsgate and recorded on the NDMR as PPI 002. High level alarms at the EQ were operable and notified the operator when high level float was pulled.
