am sending this correspondence in reference to the 'Down of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits into it's sanitary sewer system on the following dates: (with amounts). December 27"'
,(522,100 gals) and December 2891 (688 Zoo gals.). 'this was in response to 1.7" of rainfall over the period.
The freeboard this date at the 'l-own's WIT Facility Storage Lagoon is 57'. No issues occurred during this
event.
The fawn of Jackson is currently addressing the Town's I & I issues through efforts of Northampton
County and the Town of Jackson working together in rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.
fhe'fown's Wastewater permit numbers are: WQCS00,301 turd WQ00009-18.
