On 12/28/23 @ 0637 my EFF meter reading broke. The sampler was put into timed mode instead of flow. At 0957 it was
fixed and is operating properly. The issue was water had got into it from the heavy rain event over the past few days.
Also there was a wire connection that had be trimmed back and connected again. The sampler is now back into flow
mode. I will put this into me comments for the December eDMR.
