Dear N.C. Division of Water Quality:
This letter is to acknowledge receipt of Notice of Violation: NC NOV-2023-TX-0065 by Arclin
USA, LLC facility located in Moncure,North Carolina. Arclin has completed all of the planned
actions in the letter dated October 20,2023 as a follow-up to the August Toxicity results. Arclin
split a sample and sent these to separate certified laboratories in October. The October result
from the new laboratory indicated a passing toxicity result. The November toxicity result also
passed.
Arclin will continue to diligently monitor the WWTP for toxicity issues and take all necessary
