Purpose of the project is to develop the land into 14 single family lots

The project will consist of a new road being constructed to serve 14 single family lots. There is one proposed creek crossing with the installation of dual 60" culverts. 140 feet of stream will
be impacted. Stream width at normal high water is 5 feet. Total area of impact to the stream is 700 square feet.
