Greene Environmental Services, LLC of Snow Hill, NC proposes a combined riparian buffer and
nutrient offset mitigation bank in Beaufort County approximately 1.5 miles north of the town of
Belhaven, NC. The proposed Pantego Creek Mitigation Bank is locatedLihNthe'Pamlico River Basin

(Sub- basin: 03020104). Of the 80± acre tract, approximately 40 acres ;is;,in cropland (soybeans in
2015); we estimate that approximately 3 -5 acres may be eligible for riparian buffer credits pending
stream determination. Additionally, 20+ acres may be eligible for nutrient offsets.
