Describe the attachments or comments: Updated PCN Response to Comments received December 7, 2023. 1. Updated PCN Letter dated January 5, 2024 2. Updated Plans with PCN impacts, dated January 5, 2024 Note: In response to comment #3: The construction corridor for the gravity crossing of Reems Creek is still 75- ft; this provides enough space to remove the existing aerial crossing and construct a parallel one. The distance between the two crossings is dictated by the proposed location of the new wetwell and the limitation that the existing wetwell needs to remain in service during construction of the new one. Additionally, had we replaced the new sewer in the same trench as the existing, there would have been significant bypass pumping required across the creek, which we wanted to avoid.
