Thanks Vickie. I have forwarded this to our NCDOT Team Leader (Monte Matthews). We may also decide to bring our
mitigation coordinator (Todd Tugwell) into the discussion for consistency purposes. I'll send along dates that work for
the Corps as soon as I hear from them. Note that I may be out of the office for a few weeks in October; I'll give you a
heads up if that's the case.

We have been assisting NCDOT with development of the Cates Farm Mitigation Plan in Alamance County in association
with U-3109B. I have attached a draft version of the mitigation plan for your use. We would like to meet in the field
following your review of the plan to discuss it and any changes or corrections you may want to include in the plan. If
possible could you send potential times you may have available to meet and I will try to compile those and get
something on everyone's calendars.
