Our office has reviewed the proposed plans and specifications for the permit modification for the
low pressure sewer force main extension and pump station, and has determined that this project
will meet Brunswick County's minimum standards and specifications if the project is constructed
as designed. Brunswick County has a sufficient treatment capacity to provide sewer service for
this project.
This letter hereby grants authorization for the plan submittal to the North Carolina Department of
Environmental Quality / Division of Water Quality for review and approval. Your signed permit
application and FTSE-10-23 are enclosed. Please send a copy of this letter to the State along
with your plans, specifications, and permit application.
