The Town of Parlcton submits this statement for the above referenced Case No. NOV-2023-LM-
0100.
I, Tim Lyde was hired in December of 2023 by the Town of Parkton as the ORC to replace the
previous ORC, Roy Lowder. I have researched the records for September 2023 and have found
that the flow was recorded continuously. I was not the ORC at that time but have noticed that the
recordings were not put on the eDMR and the total Nitrogen & Phosphorous were pulled in
October for a quarterly report.
I am still pulling old records and will file a revised eDMR report on the information that I have
found along with copies of Labs, Flow Chart, etc.
The Town would appreciate any thoughts of waiving penalties during this time of transition.
