The regional office will extend the SOC scheduled activity due date for obtaining field lab
certification from July 15th to December 15th. You will need to work with the Division's lab
certification staff to achieve this activity.
As a reminder, the SOC requires Pace MHP to submit monthly progress reports detailing work and
activities undertaken and completed on the plant upgrades. To date the Division has not received
these reports. Failure to submit the monthly progress reports is subject to stipulated penalties as
outlined in the SOC.

We have submitted request for extension three times and last one in pdf format. I have not heard if
they have been received or status of the extension. Can you confirm that DEQ has received these
