Comment: This was dav 2 of Div 11 inspections. Here we visited Sites 1,2,4,5,6,7,9,10 and 11. All sites were
compliant. A few notable sites where additional work was to occur included: (5) where Class 1 riprap was
to be placed at pipe outlet to prevent scour; (9) where DOT will investiqate the loss of flow around iunction
box near outlet; (10) DOT will remove qravels from stream bed oriqinatinq from a drivewav upstream and
continue to monitor and remove qravel as needed; and (11) where sediment fence mav need to be
replaced due to excessive sediment build up.
