SUBJECT: TRIENNIAL GROUNDWATER MONITORING
In accordance with the groundwater monitoring and reporting requirements of MCAS Cherry
Point's Non-NPDES permit WQ0005233 Enlisted Men's Barracks — Atlantic Airfield WWTF for
Land Application of Wastewater Residuals, enclosed are the originals of the GW-59-A report and
the four GW-59 reports (one each for monitoring wells 3, 4, 5, and 6) for the triennial reporting for
November 2023. The reports will be submitted electronically through the Division of Water
Resources non -discharge monitoring report submittal website.
