The GWPS was sampled in accordance with the frenquency requirements of the plant permit dispite there being NO FLOW generated at the station for the month. The GWPS NH3 exceeded the permitted limit
of 1.5 mg/L at 3.09 mg/L likely due to the stagnant water that was sampled. The area has been in severe drought conditions for several months and the station does not produce flow until the creek level is high
enough to provide ground water. The situation is beyond operator control. Therefore the plant is compliant for the month based on the no flow.
