Once payment has been confirmed/applied to the outstanding invoice for this permit, please renew the COC coverage in
BIMS. We will be able to run a report to confirm active permit coverage 24-48 hours after that.
Stephanie,
We will be in touch again with documentation of that renewed active status. Our current COC request form does not
produce a new Certificate of Coverage for the general permits we renewed back in 2021 (only the more recent 2023
renewals). The new permit summary report may be adequate for the site's records until the next renewal, but if a new
COC is required, we will work with our staff to get one made.

This permit Certificate of Coverage (COC) remains expired and still has an outstanding annual fee. A letter was sent
ahead of the last renewal notifying the primary contact of the status (please see attached). The fee will need to be paid
in order for coverage to be renewed. If you have questions about making that payment, please contact Tev Holloman,
our Billing Specialist. Once it's been paid, please notify Joyce Sanford so the permit can be renewed.
