Health Wastewater Treatment
Plant [468 Hwy 70 East] In
Carteret County. This permitted
facility discharges treated
wastewater to Nelson Bay in
the White Oak River Basin.
Currently, total residual chlorine
and enterococcl are water
quality limited. This discharge
may affect future allocations In
this segment of the White Oak
River Basin.
