Attached are the revised plan sheet and second page of the impact table to account for the design and impacts revisions
at Impact 14. After reviewing the plans, it was determined riprap should be keyed into the streambed over the pipe to
prevent any potential erosional issues; therefore, the impacts were revised to include 10 Lf. of permanent no loss
impacts. I wanted to confirm you are both OK with the proposed design.
If you have any other questions about the application requiring additional information, please let me know. I can include
this information in an RAI response if needed.

We noticed the impact maps submitted with the permit application included a previous design of the sanitary sewer line
at Impact 14. The impact amounts won't change, but the sanitary sewer line should be shown going under the stream as
described in the PCN form. We are working on getting the sheet updated for you and will send when it is ready. I wanted
you to be aware in case you were in the process of reviewing the permit application.
