This application was submitted electronically to the USACE Raleigh Regulatory Field Office on 12/202/2023 and is submitted her for the convenience of the the NCDWR. It is provided in 3 parts due to DWR file size restrictions. This application is being submitted administratively by S&EC on behalf of the application (Raleigh -Durham Airport Authority).
