Attached is the 404/401 Application for the RDU 5L-23R Runway Replacement Project (DWR#20231194
Version 1). This application was submitted electronically to the USACE Raleigh Regulatory Field Office on
12/202/2023 and is submitted her for the convenience of the the NCDWR. It is provided in 3 parts due to DWR
file size restrictions. This application is being submitted administratively by S&EC on behalf of the application
(Raleigh -Durham Airport Authority). The check to cover the permit application fee ($767) will be provided by the
applicant pending receipt of the email fee notice invoice. Please don't hesitate to contact me if there are any
