I am sending this correspondence in reference to the Town of Jackson experiencing inflow exceeding it's
permitted limits into it's sanitary sewer system on the following dates: (with amounts) December 16"'. 171",
18"',(averaged out each day of the event over a weekend period -of 431,500 gals.) and December 19"'
(341,100 gals). This was in response to 3.5 inches of rainfall over the period . The freeboard at the WTP
Facility storage lagoon is 5' Y.on this date. No issues occurred during the event.
The Town of Jackson is currently addressing the Town's I & I issues through efforts of Northampton
Counq and the Town in rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.
The Towns Wastewater permit numbers are: WQCS00301 and W00000948.
