requests to renew permit NC0085871 for its groundwater remediation
treatment plant located at 2000 Lowery Street, Winston-Salem, Forsyth
County. This facility discharges to Brushy Fork within the Yadkin - Pee
Dee River Basin. No parameters are water -quality limited; This discharge
may affect future wasteload allocations in this portion of the Yadkin River
Basin. DWR will consider any written comment on this draft if received
within 30 days of this notice. Aqua North Carolina, Inc. [202 MacKenan
Court Cary, NC 275111 has requested renewal of NPDES permit
NCOD63720 for its Forest Ridge Subdivision WWiP in Forsyth County. This
permitted facility discharges treated wastewater to Blanket Creek in the
Yadkin -Pee Dee River Basin. Currently, ammonia nitrogen, total residual
chlorine, fecal conform, and BOD are water quality limited. This dis-
charge may affect future allocations in this portion of the watershed.
