In reference to the location of the outlet end of the ditchline pipe at the Alamance
Church Rd bridge replacement, NCDOT decided to relocate the end of the pipe to
where it was originally shown on the permit. Therefore, it is now discharging
outside of Buffer Zone 2 and is compliant with what was permitted. I have
attached pictures showing the location of the new outlet end. NCDOT is no longer
considering or requesting a modification. Thanks for your help.
