Good Afternoon—Our client recently obtained Certificate of Coverage No. NCG060445 for General Permit No.
NCG060000. Unfortunately, it was recently noted that the facility address identified in the Notice of Intent was
incorrect. As such,we would like to update the facility information to include the appropriate site address and a new
mailing address. Can you please let me know the process for having this updated?
